Houses not really the best investment.
MSN MONEY: Things that beat the property boom
Nothing rises in value like house prices...well that's just not true:
Oil, better,
Gold, better,
Footballers wages, better,
Shares, better,
STAMPS, better,
Autographs and Memorabillia, better,
Won't be long before we see "RBS shares" on that list after the house prices resume their real recovery.
