This tax will destroy entrepreneurship and jobs and, will not increase tax take. It, like the stupid carbon scheme is aimed at bashing down Britain to where it defaults, with further EU integration put forward as a problem, reaction, solution.

Actually I think p4c and malct (aka troy and crunchy) are two distinct beings, although it does get pretty confusing. I wonder how many other doppelgangers there are here.
