Reuters: Greek FinMin unveils tax reform, wage policy
From 1. Jan. 2011, every transaction above 1,500 euros between natural persons and businesses, or between businesses, will not be considered legal if it is done in cash. Transactions will have to be done through debit or credit cards.

So are we to believe that cash above 1500euros is illegal tender. This is definitely not going to stop only in Greece. The control freaks in every countery are going to be jumping up and down with glee, just waiting for an opportunity to introduce it in their own counries under the guise of anti terrorism measureas or some equally facile line of reasoning, Democracy in under yet further attack.
