Russian chimpanzee outperforms 94% of Russian bankers in investment choices
Daily Mail: Lusha the chimpanzee outperforms 94% of Russian bankers
We know where to turn to once all our bankers have fled abroad for tax purposes.
I propose Twycross Zoo as the new world banking hub

I like this comment under the article:
"There you go,
A replacement for the Prime monster Gordon Brown.. panic over.
And the chimp has better dress sense ?

inbreda@1.....A replacement for the Prime monster Gordon Brown.. panic over.
Many artisans would welcome a more broad-based importation of Eastern European 'competition'
Let me see....Politicians,.Estate Agents, Lawyers, CIVIL SERVANTS, .... - we may be onto something, all in the name of a healthy' marketplace'.

Nah, just pernickety as usual :)
But you make another good point.... she had all of £21K - if that's all one of those Russian fund mangers had to play with they would have probably done even better ( especially given that they probably didn't take transaction costs into account - the chimp bought and held, whereas they could have traded in and out ).

.....But...but... Stephen Hester says he can't attract the talent without the large bonuses...I heard it on the news tonight so it must be true.

Perhaps there is a lesson in this...Pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Pay millions and you get errr, well a far less able order of primate.

Chimps are apes, not monkeys. Bankers are monkeys. So yes, clockslinger, you're right.
