My oh my, the BBC is going hell for leather on the positive outlook narratives today. They are only convincing themselves however.

Luvit, you're not serious are you? If we now have a house price boom (thus rescuing you from your chainball debt), I'll eat Kirsty Allsopp's hat.

Just tax dodgers in the last chance saloon to avoid stamp duty.
Normal service will resume downwards in the next set of figures.

STOP IT Luvit! They don't like that sort of behaviour on here and they know where you live, so be off with you!
Although, you are only commenting on actual facts, but then again, who are the BBC after all.

Smugdog the BBC are a public voice for the political party in power, in this case NuLab, but in the future this may be the mouthpiece of the Tories, or even the Lib Dems. I thought everyone knew that the BBC was propaganda based reporting, for GB and his mate, for the time being.

I consider myself as a dividend investor and as long as there are tenants available, I achieve a 7 percent yield on my property easilly. Btw I am not a btl investor. I just see property as a suitable investment for life. I invested in shares 10 yrs ago and they are not doing anything for me. I am sure there are thousands of ppl like me.
