Property still vulnerable

City Wire: The Housing market is as vulnerable as its ever been

Correction. It is more vulnerable than it has ever been!

The recent rise in prices will mean a steeper correction. People burnt twice may just lose the appetitite for speculating. The only unknown is when the second leg down is. We tend to live these times month by month, but when you look historically things plan out over years.
