Get them interest rates up!!

Express: MORTGAGE RATES TO RISE AFTER INFLATION SHOCK

“The latest figures will bring an end to the ‘rate complacency’ we have seen over the past year or so,” said Andrew Montlake from Coreco. “Many borrowers have been banking on low rates in the short term, but this is risky.”

Has an article with less substance ever existed? Has an article more obvilously been written to sell a product on behalf of a business?

Coreco and Savills both mentioned and 5 year fixes being plugged. Looks like they are trying to drum up some business by some advertising journalism - Nice! I wonder if there is a nice fat fee on the 5 year optoin?
