I think the most shocking part of this article is, "About one in 10 people of working age in Calderdale are employed by Calderdale or other councils." What the bl**dy hell do all these people find to do with themselves all day?!
I mean, what do councils actually do?! I spend over a grand a year paying for one but I'll be damned if I know.
