Well Mr G, Twenty-Ten will [hopefully] be a buying phase for me and my trusted team. Quite selfishly, I hope Gordon [and his team] gets another term. The money boys will evacuate and [sorry to be self serving] but perhaps turmoil will create opportunities once more.
I can go on and on about the guilt trip and “this is not good for the next generation” but hey, if I don’t!

I don't have a problem with your take on 2010 at all, Smugdog.
I never thought that I would say that I want a Labour victory at an election but from a political perspective it would be a good thing for the UK if these clowns were to be elected again.
The humiliation of having to go to the IMF, cut the public sector and kill the housing bubble stone dead with increased IR's would finish Liebour for a generation.

rumble @3 No more BRIC? CURI?
I've heard of BRIC but what is CURI other than a takeaway?

BRIC? The latest is BASIC (BRIC sans Russia + South Africa (Africa South?)).
I think we should be worried about the PIGS though.
mr g CURI may just derive from the article title d'you think?

CURI - the title - URIC didn't conjure up much imagery.
Is Brazil no longer interesting?
PIGS? Poland, Iceland, Greece, Spain? Or swine flu?!?
