Thisismoney.co.uk discuss recent trend finding by findaproperty.com, allegedly the "UK's second largest property listings website." The article goes on to make a fairly bearish case for UK property prices.

Average London Price £435K.
From previous articles the avarage London wage is between £25K - £30K.
So average London property is now 14.5 X average earnings - so who buys houses in London now??
