A little realism goes a long way.

Times: UK house price gap continues to widen

As 2009 comes to a surprisingly upbeat close, some homeowners are struggling to feel the joy. House price surveys might universally be showing recovery in the property market, but a new report hints at what many observers have suspected to be true: the gains are being felt only for some types of homes in some areas.

As well as Tower Hamlets, look at those flats being completed in L.B. of Newham and Redbridge too. Concieved 4 or 5 years back, they are ready at a time when prices are dipping. Will the Olympics save them?...can't see the developers making the "killing" they expected! Anyone watching them being thrown together might deduce they will become slums in a short space of time.

Sorry if you've just put down a deposit on one of these flats....

Seasonal Greetings to all ye HPC's.

The Press ramp up the situation so that all of Stupid Street think that they are many
thousands better off at the end of the year, even though they may live in
a not so desirable location or in a not so perfect property.

Perhaps this is what the 'powers' want them to believe in order that they will
go out to buy those precious trinkets that they believe they cannot live without.

Many have closed their ears during the falls, but oh so welcome the rises.
Many a false dawn coupled with true delusions perhaps.

The rigged questionnaires baffle many, apart from the questionable riggers themselves. They are the creators of much dividing in the quest

for the answers that hold the frightening and unexceptable truths that are drip feed to the quarreling masses over appropriate timescales. : (

so if someone doesnt agree that you are right they are dumbos? How long has it taken you to formulate that insult? Lets be honest no one is listening to your rants. Your credibility is f*cked.

Keep up with your "duty". But remember the more people are told what they should and shouldn't believe the less likely they are to accept it. You do your conspiracy leanings no favours by trying to ram your views down peoples throats. People believe what they want to believe based on their own free will. I don't say this because i necessarily believe all of this is wrong. Although my view is my view, i don't ever say Im right or wrong. Unless you are one of "them" you will never know if you are right or wrong.... and that is the scary thing for people like you. You just take pieces and try to merge them all together - some are supported and some aren't. For example the abdication of Edward was nothing to do with the fact he was a Nazi sympathiser. It is true that the excuse provided the government with a reason to get rid of a nazi sympathiser. And as for the US Liberty false flag - well yes incidents like that dont surprise me,. It doesnt neccesarily follow though that there is a conspiracy around every corner which leads to only one conclusion. Perhaps the illumanti want you to believe there is a conspiracy - perhaps they leak false information to Alex and Dave and Le Crunch so that they can just marginalise themselves, and lose their credibility when one of the leaks they give is proven so obviously and stupidly idiotic that their credibility is in tatters.

In fact its a bit like a nostradamus quatrain. Eventually they can all be fit to something... but does that really give them credibility?

very eloquently put, a posting without a you tube reference. If you cant see whats in front of you then thats all a bit sad. BUT you are probably right in one way, few people here disagree with you cause they really cant be ar5ed. I cant recall many that have honestly said "you know what crunch you are right". When challenged you revert to insipid platitudes. Acquiescence doesn't amount to agreement.

I quite liked it when someone on here said argue with an idiot and you get tarred with the same brush. Perhaps there is a reason why generally people think Dave and Alex are fruit loops, and thats either because they have gone too far to ram down their views or because your friends have given them all the rope they need to hang themselves.

Perhaps if i posted a you tube video to explain it to you that might be the only way the penny might drop. And my "problem" is people who think they have a right to tell others what and how they should be thinking. That you half-wit puts you in exactly the same place as the people you believe you despise.

This all comes from the fact that smugdog was clearly taking the proverbial, and you - as usual - couldnt see it.

Of course there is a place for these people but i cant see how its on House price crash .co.uk. I suppose the problem is its a democratic site and people can post what they like unless their comment is reported.

Jack good wishes to you and your nearest and dearest. I think the problem is that crunchie is a bit of a sore loser and cant admit to being wrong about his clearly erroneous market calls. He has no real insight and most people have now realised this. He always wants the last word unless someone presses him - even if thats done politely (for example on the global warming issue) and then says something like its not his job to give you the benefit of his research. :-). Risible.

@crunchie - Although I accept that I do sit on the fence when it comes to teh 'conspiracy idea', I still have an open mind, and believe there are fors and againsts for all arguements. I must agree though, that your constant commenting on the same thing is becoming very one dimensional. Little and infrequently would benefit your cause more. And commenting on the post without diverting the topic, would be a bonus!

markj69 str05 - fair comments, i just find it insulting to be told what to think by anyone. Putting a point of view across related to the topic is what interests me, whether i agree or disagree or am undecided and are swayed by a good argument.

As for all this WTC stuff - i too have an open mind - although i feel that for example the pentagon stuff really sucks in the conspiracy folks because at the end of the day they always knew they could prove the jet did hit the pentagon. That then means that people think all the other issues can easily be debunked (when some of them probably cant). i find it extremely annoying because i knew people in that building and to be constantly reminded of it by someone that KNOWS very little demeans their memory.

BS, The 911 victims have still not gotten the answers to their questions.
The 911 rescuers and New York civillians are still dying from air pollition after they were told by government safety officials that it was safe to return back to work.

Would you not like to know who murdered you friends. Never let 911 be forgotten untill the true perpetrators are behind bars and the victims families are finally at peace with the truth. You suck big time. Shame on you.
To just forget about this and other mass murders is a great disservice to the still living relatives and the world at large.

It may suit you to forget, but not I or millions of truth seekers that are appreciated by these families. You are ignorant on this subject.
