Yet another house builder claiming rising prices in the same sentence as they admit selling more houses and less flats. They not heard of mix-adjusting?
I bought a Bic pen last week and a Mont Blanc pen this week - and can confidently report than pen prices are up a gazillion percent! Don't miss the pen boat - everybody buy pens before it's too late....
