The only funny thing I can see is the line - "new price for 2009". In six weeks they can re-price it again.

the house at the top of my road has been on the market for about 9 months at £149000 but the market is going up wright? so
yesterday the price has been increased to £155000. I'm sure this is going to help to sell it. Oh dear, people judgment are allover the place
