I can't follow the thread of the story. Is it that HIP companies subcontract the services of Search Agents and then have failed to pay them?
I don't understand where Professional Indemnity Insurance comes into it and what the effect of Local Authority Searches within HIPS uninsured. What is that insurance for and who is risking what without it?
