Local authorities breaking HIP laws?

The Association of Independent Personal Search Agents (IPSA) claim 18 councils are not producing legal searches. There are some big councils named. Be interesting to see what happens to them.

interesting this Cheshire West and Chester council is on list, they are soo corrupt, allowing strange planning apps to go through, making life difficult for local residents when they complain about issues, even a local councillor has admitted some key staff who retired recently were corrupt..
One member of staff told me they can lose info if we try to access it via freedom of info act, i must add this guy retired recently, nothing ever got resolved on our issue with HGV's parking in residential areas, because of this one guy, I hope he rots in hell, you know who you are!!!!!
