Good job the rest of the economy has nothing to do with house prices.

a few contradictory points - not nice to give people a bigger mortgage than they can afford with no deposit (so makes more sense now than in 2007)..... but prices will stay where they are for a few years (but hang on the multiples dont work saucy.

Better to develop now than in 2007 (but i cant recall her saying that in 2007). Obviously she thinks we have had the shake out and that we are now back on the road to utopia (for a developer). Aha!

So as gone to colombia says . SB = BS.

Beeny, the Wilsons, Kirsty and Phil, it's good to have someone to blame. Didn't someone once blame someone for plunging Weimar Germany into desperate poverty?

When Americans loaned a strong dollar, it seems a long time ago.

Forced treaties, oh the memories! : (

Smug, of course nobody was to blame, just another conspiracy. It's all a conspiracy ask Hitler.

I suspect this appearance was just coincidentally around the time of her new property web site, as per
one of the other vids on the site. Shameless plugging, but if it puts a few EAs noses out of joint, I'm all
for it. May get a decent servcie for realistic fixed fees, instead of the commission robberies going down at
the moment.

I have a bit more time & respect for Beeny than for Krusty. In her tv shows, Beeny was quick to point out when amateur developers had been rescued from financial oblivion by a rising market. Beeny's focus is on property development which adds value; whereas Krusty was just buying.

Krsutyatmy hamster @ 4 yes very F 'UU'NNY.

I'll have no disrespect for Sarah, she's not a ramper and has spent years warning her audience about not overcooking it. Unlike Krusty & Phil who did bully and and swear the market would only ever rise.

Also damn fine idea about direct marketing of your house on the internet and cutting out the agent.

I'd already had that one, but ot acted on it. Rubbish website name though as I've forgotten it already. D'oh.

What str2007 says.

It's a fine idea, but it's been tried before a million times (whatever happened to Asda estate agents?) and it never caught on. This one has a dot-com style instantly-forgettable name.

"""
Why's it called Tepilo?

When I was a child my father used to tell me stories about a fantastical palace called Tepilo; a wonderful place to escape to. It seemed the perfect name for my new property site!
"""

That's sweet, but it is not a great name for a website.
