This might shut up the Homeownerists who always exclaim ,as if making a discovery of scientific importance," The Uk's a small land mass,that's why land is so expensive and the supply of houses so limited".The facts appear to be that regardless of the size of the country,house builders and developers will always corner the market in land and induce an artificial scarcity of houses to keep selling prices up.Answer=LVT the scarcity buster.
