Rightmove: 7 Bed House for sale
But property prices are going up are they not? Actually, across the country, no. This evidence is effectively anecdotal, but I can tell you, there are properties galore in this area slowly slowly drifting downwards in price.

This began life nearer £575,000 if I remember right although proprtysnake does not seem to havetracked it properly.
@mark: I think 200k off would be fair but you could go in with -300k for starters! (Lol)
