UK Housing isn't home free
Wall Street Journal: An Englishman's home is his castle in the sky
U.K. house prices are defying gravity, again.
At the height of the financial crisis, most forecasters expected prices to fall at least 30%. Instead, prices fell just 19%, and now are rising again, up 4.1% so far this year.
But this is likely to prove a blip before reality sets in...
