Commentators are taking the 'shortage' idea as gospel now - but anyone with eyes to see will realise that it simply isn't true..!

I'd like to know who started the shortage myth?
It can't persist forever though as I'm seeing lots of new For Sale signs going up everywhere. I suspect their owners are in for a bit of a shock if they're expecting them to be snapped up quickly at higher prices than 6 months ago.
