I know of people who are still trying to sell their houses at over inflated prices not getting any views and they say their not going to put the price down even though they barely have enough money to pay the mortgage! People are all for rises but if their a decrease they choose not to believe it at all!
As far as I see in my area the prices haven't even come down by a noticeable amount, what is happening is people are sticking totheir high prices and not getting any interest in the houses. As prices are coming down, and interest rates will rise people will have to sell at a lower price to survive!
Forget recovery, stability is the only thing to look for!
