Vote of confidence
Telegraph: Brixton to launch its own currency
Brixton has launched a new currency. So G.K.Chesterton was right all along. Anyway apparently the good people of Brixton seem to think that they will do better with their own currency rather than one universally accepted all over the UK. Probably they are right (except not in this case).

Brixton is the only place I've ever seen a drugs table service in a pub. Ordering "off menu" was always encouraged.

You can't just print more skunk whenever you feel like it, so it might prove more stable than fiat currencies in the long run

This isn't the first time they have had their own currency. I believe there was once such thing as a Brixton Brick.
