oi - count me out of that.
I'm in manufacturing industry, and there is NO WAY people on normal salaries with modest deposits are looking for houses to "climb the ladder". What is selling is only due to people with high deposit, bored in rented, short-term thinkers.
People are dumbfounded why there is any up. And the fact it's just 0.8% speaks volumes for the traditional Autumn bounce... or lack of it.
There is no need to buy, not for a long time
