Reuters: Recievers take over trophy London offices

Receivers have been appointed to manage seven trophy London office buildings owned by billionaire Simon Halabi, real estate company CB Richard Ellis (CBG.N) said on Friday.
The buildings are part of a portfolio of assets that back a 1.15 billion pound securitisation which has gone sour after the value of the underlying assets collapsed.

Are CB Richard Ellis anything to do with Simon Halabi other than managing the buildings ?

IE are they going to take a hit from this does anyone know ?
