It's classic Labour smoke and mirrors......and 12 years of it.

It was never going to work. The only way for an individual to see this as a boom would be to have sold at the peak and take the cash. But if everyone did that prices would have gone back to their "real" value, exposing the scheme for what it was - cr@p.
