The sellers have been reading the property ramping articles in the Times and BBC online. Given that sellers think prices will continue to rise (Nationwide survey is up again) would you drop the price?
My thoughts are that after the "spring bounce" is over in October, interest rate rises and unemployment will dampen sentiment considerably. However, that could be manipulated a little bit by NuLab - depends when they call the election.
