For once, 'stunning' is the word

Rightmove: 6 bedroom character property for sale

Expect the average asking price in the county, nay the country, to go up on the strength of this one. I'm beginning to believe those headlines about increased confidence among sellers.

In case the link doesn't work, try: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-26793314.html

or properties in Twyford.

Bargain. And when prices start rising 20% a year again (don't miss the boat!) I can make £20,000,000 in a year. Anybody got finance?

Dead link. Found it - Twyford, Reading.

These new prices never cease to amaze me! LOL.

I see Twyford has fallen as much as Exeter.

GSAL, LP, that is genius! Doesn't Rightmove have some sort of BS-filter?

Thanks for the working link LP - top stuff.

At first I couldnt believe this either but then I spotted the Grade 2 listed Cactus plant in the garden (picture 10 of 12) which of course considerably boosts the value.

Don't know the area, but presumably they are after a million. Probably a typo by some retard on the front desk. They are probably not paid enough to care.
It looks ok, if a little stuffy.

inflation @10

My guess is they wanted to add 10% for the price index (the indeX Factor?) and Nigel 'Last week I couldn't even spell estait ajunt and now I are one' Clipboard did the rest.

Either you were right or the housing market in Twyford is a bit volatile at the moment: current asking price down from £100,000,000 to a mere £1 million (the change is recorded on PropertyBee). Should make it onto Propertysnake with ease.
