I would like to be assured that the faulty wiring in the airbus is addressed before we the taxpayers invest any money into this company with a poor record of plane crashes...

Why do they not just pay the workers to stay at home, it would be much cheaper and more productive. It would protect the passengers from faulty electronic systems, crappy build standards, sun spot activity, mobile phone interference to the electronic aero servos etc, lighning strikes, UFO interference and piolets that can't fly by the seat of their pants. Bring back cable and hydrolic controls, compasses and sextant navigation, all is forgiven.
