Well done on pointing this one out.
I put all my money in stocks over the last 6 months while you are obviously a housing bull. I wonder who has done better:)
Confusing a knowledge of credit cycles and thus knowing the difference between a housing bubble and a "real" price does not mean we are all not investing. The reflation of the liquidity driven financial asset price bubble has been quite obvious.
It says a lot about your warped view of reality that you are on a site where your basic assumptions are incorrect. I wonder how many of your other assumptions in life are also incorrect, for example, those to do with house prices. Of course, "this time it is different":)

p.s. and even if you have put some money in stocks, I am not sure how that ties in with you being smug on site about housing, either way, with this story.
Sigh.

No anxiety here. Hanging loose and waiting for the inevitable.

Huge short of answers then! Guessed as much.
":-)ing" if you want to debate thats fine - that is the purpose of a blog. But if you just want to come on light the fuse and withdraw - then thats pretty pointless., of course that may be pleasing to you - which says more about your state of mind than others on here.
You may have some more time to play on the long side, and no doubt you will keep on lobbing the ball ..... until you cant play anymore because the balls have all been smashed over the fence!
Be lucid and put you bullish viewpoint forward. "you know jack about me so lets not start making assumptions hey". Fair enough, so why not give us something to work with - or would that make you outside your comfort zone, having to support your point of view. I am more than comfortable about what is happening smiling and not anxious in any way.

Odd that you think I need an ego to make assumptions about one person (you), while you think it you are capalble of making assumptions about thousands of people (here). Interesting, yet completely inconsistent logic. Which actually further proves my point:)
And you are obviously more touchy from what you say (particularly as you say nothing of substance), yet cannot see that. Reinforcing my belief that you are delusional. It sounds like I was more correct about you than I had realised. Oh well. I know you won't see that:)
