@ 1, Freddy say's that the uk housing market is f**ked for a few years to come,the supply and demand argument is bull and that we are in a global downturn, so can not isolate ourselves from this...

I cant look at it now - although i love the double act with Ross (I pretend i dont know anything - is that right Fred) Ashcroft. I thought he was always forecasting the bottom next year. Has that changed (sorry i will look later).
