I love watching PMQ but it really bugs me that you can't get a straight answer from the PM. It's disrespectful to voters and democracy in general.
In NZ we just changed to a new govt and the new lot have put their own speaker in. After 10 years of the old govt treating the debating chamber with disdain and disrespect we finally have a speaker who is forcing his own party to give proper straight answers to straight questions. It's one of many huge steps forward NZ has made since the election. The sooner Clown is gone the sooner the UK can hope for a more meaningful PMQ.

hubbers - what on earth do you mean it was a straight answer spending WILL rise by erm er 0%. You cant get much straighter than that. You are not suggesting it will FALL by 0% are you? Shame on you!
