Good value???

Newsflash:
Man managing house building company in the middle of a recession would like to tell all potential customers and shareholders that now is a great time to buy and above all - good value.

No doubt desperate to return the share price to mid 2007 levels just by 'talking it up'. He has a long way to go.

The definition of 'recovery' should not be the artificially rigged market where only players are buy-to-let speculators, but the market which is busy with all ordinary folks selling and buying houses. Back to 1994 level is the only solution. Sorry.

What JU says. The whole spin that high prices = housing market recovery is repeated endlessly.

Surely the sign of a functioning market is where there are lots of transactions, and efficient allocation of housing and no large gains or large losses?
