The BBC is also keeping uncharacteristically quiet about today's Rightmove data. Wonder why ...

As a debt advisor, I'm aware that there are a large number of people close to the edge in my bit of Essex. It would not take much more economic "bad news" to wreck a lot of people's lives.

I'm at a loss to understand why the BBC is upbeat about 65,000 repossessions..?

It may be les than 75,000, but you are still talking about a lot of personal misery....they are not all wicked BTL profiteers....
