Rental crash continues
Press Association: Property rents continue to tumble
The rate at which rents are falling has accelerated as the letting market continues to suffer from an oversupply of properties, research has showed.
A record 55% more chartered surveyors in Great Britain reported falling rents rather than rising ones during the three months to the end of April, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors said.
The figure was the highest level since the survey began in 1999.

Are these the SAME surveyors have been saying "shortage of supply" in for-sale market?
After conning a few idiots into buying, now they are saying there going to be a shortage in for-let market as well?
I bet next month, they will start saying there will be a shortage of garden sheds, and we all need to jump in fast and jump in now.
