what about prison sentences for fraudulent investment "tools", sorry meant 'vehicles', the people who invented them are tools? Nice to see Maddoff deciding how long he should stay in prison.

Looks like an attempt to firewall legal liability actually. They should be charged under the laws against fraud that presently exist, they are creating a controlled, limited legal liability to fiddling the books.

As if a single MP would ever spend a single day in prison. This is a joke.
I will eat my words if the police prosecute a single oe of the MPS who committed fraud for fraud (or anything else for that matter)
