they already got rid of lots of jobs in brighton and shipped them off to India (at which point their customer service dropped through the floor and I cut up my green card in protest).

obviously being a hard northerner i assumed american express had a base in london, my mistake, however you guys are pretty picky on a mistakes...

Having once lived there,I would say that Brighton is pretty much a suburb of London.Felt that way.The football team was always diabolical
,despite a huge catchment area ,partly because everybody supported London teams .

Has anyone actually tried to use their Amex card recently. Most restraunts, hotels don't take them any more.
