I was watching a Stone Cottage in Wiltshire on Ebay last week.
The Maximum Bid was £85k. The asking price was £225k.
Which is a perfect example of how unrealistic asking prices are. And what the real price of this property is.
A drop of 62%

A house is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.

There was a house for sale on eBay.
It was advertised by Sir Greenbay.
It failed to sell but what the hell, he was asking too much for it anyway!
