I didn't realise that the Northern Irish market was that bad. The woman in the interviews is in a jam but simply refuses to acknowledge the reality of her situation.

3 bed House near me was on the market for 60k, not sure what it sold for, but the same house was selling for 120k a year ago...lol

Do I buy now and fix at a super low rate, or wait and but cheaper at a higher rate???
