Sky News: House prices Fell Again During April
The average value of a home is now £154,716, according to Halifax.
The annual rate at which prices are declining has accelerated to 17.7% - up from 17.5% in March.
Thy rate is measured by comparing price falls during the past three months with the same period a year earlier.
