Last week, there was a thread on this forum, which said Housing Associations have been rejecting a significant number of new-built, about 100,000 units, because those were not up to standard even for council estate.

Funny, those are the exact type of properties that the government is trying to off-load to unsuspecting and naive FTB, with a little sweats to lure in.

If Housing Association are rejecting those new-built, isn't it appalling that the governement are encouraging young people to buy something that is not good enough for ASBOs?

All part of Crash Gordon's miracle economy - employ lots of people by building a load of sub-standard properties then get Thompson's demolition to knock em down (keep the lads in a job) then have the legal eagles battle it out for years on end as to who is at fault and finally lets do a re-build and get everyone back to work - and so the cycle continues. Bankrupt Britain here we come.
