Tonight with Trevor McDonald - After two years of a stagnant property market and predictions that the worst of the price slump is behind us, is it finally time to stop waiting and start buying? Jonathan Maitland goes in search of the green shoots and meets those desperately seeking a property recovery, including separated couples forced to live together because they can’t sell their homes.
