The affordability of property is now back near its long-term average. And the trend for prices is likely to be up.

Kaletsky yet again demonstrates that not only is he completely clueless, he is also able to contradict himself in making his point and not realise it, before grasping at the word mathematical to give himself gravitas. I do wonder how, that after all his completely wrong predictions, he has the audacity to make pronouncements such as he does. Perhaps he should consider a career change to something in politics?
