Gimme, gimme, gimme!!!
BBC: Uncertainty 'keeps borrowing low'
Two first paragraphs sum it up nicely: amount borrowed in April lowest for years, but borrower numbers increased slightly, making the perfect combination... less money lent to more people??? do the maths!
