Well, Royal Bank of Scotland are in there for a juicy sum - that's Scotland. Bank of America was leading the negotiations. UBS, BNP Paribas and Sumitomo Mitsui are other lead lenders. There's also loands from Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and the Bank of Nova Scotia. So who knows who the England bank is - maybe its DB. I reckon RBS would be on the hook for about $250m in total. Not nice if the project turns sour.
