If your an estate agent struggling to get instrustions, the easiest way is gain the instruction is to quote the highest price. As rightmove bases its index on asking prices there we have the problem. Its such a shame that big property companies think everbody out there is stupid!

By attracting new sellers, there will be an over-supply problem which may well force prices down.

Spouting on about asking pricess is ridiculous. The only index that has any meaning is the selling price. What will the muppets think of next?
