This erudite analysis from highly respected source suggests the world economic deterioration is accelerating. Grim outlook with significant recovery unlikely until 2011. Housing market not directly mentioned but I think one can infer from this that continued decline is on the cards.
Good sensible antidote to the recent G20 hype.
