FT: Housing market not expected to recover this year

The majority of Britons do not expect to see any recovery in the housing market this year, according to new research by Unbiased.co.uk. The study found that 58 per cent of people do not expect to see any recovery in house prices this year, while 18 per cent do not see any prospect of an upturn until at least 2011.

I think the writer needs a basic maths lesson - How long has 1:5 been larger than 1:4?
