Not sure that is true
Zoopla: Unsold houses are 'not unusual' and do not have 'stigma'
Not sure that I agree with this article. Having watched the same batch of houses on the market for the last year or so, on and off as they go under offer and fall through, change agents, lower prices slightly, personally I am sick and tired of them and even if they do slip down to a price that I would have paid in the past, I am bored and no longer likely to go and view them. They certainly seem stale and tired, and no longer of interest.
Still everyone to their own method I guess.

Only a year remaining on the market ! In Devon there are many at the top which have been unsold for over three years. If we don't have lower real asking prices, then I can imagine another five years at least of unsold homes. Vendors better get used to it.
