Gaurdian: US unemployment rate set to reach 26-year high

• American jobless rate for March predicted to hit 8.5%
• Some economists begin cautious talk of recovery
• Alistair Darling warns UK unemployment will keep rising.
Does anybody have stats comparing the unemployment rate to house prices?
