I notice Buttonwood reveals that he has a vested interest as he sold his house in London last year and is now renting! Come on, HPC-ers, which one of you STRs is Buttonwood? ;-))
Interesting though how major financial journalists, City folk and editors like Merryn Somerset-Webb are STRs while illiterate numpties who troll on this site as well as vested interest EAs are determinedly bullish on housing. I know whose club I'd rather be in...
